As November begins, the Omu-Aran People’s Movement (OPM) has called on all members and residents of Omu-Aran and neighboring communities to participate in their annual prayers and fasting, a revered tradition dedicated to seeking divine blessings for the town and its people.
The period of spiritual observance will officially start at midnight on the 11th of November, 2024, and continue through to the evening of the 21st of November, concluding around 6-9 pm.
The General Coordinator of OPM announced that further guidelines on the activities for the fasting period will be shared with members via the group page. The movement’s leadership has emphasized that this time of prayer is an opportunity not only to uplift Omu-Aran but also to bring blessings to all participants personally.
“We encourage everyone to join in this sacred activity as we pray for the prosperity, peace, and progress of our beloved Omu-Aran,” read the official message.
As preparations commence, OPM extends warm wishes to all participants, expressing gratitude for their support and dedication to the cause of unity and spiritual strength for the community.
