Reaffirms Commitment to People-Centered Leadership
Ilorin, Kwara State — In a moment of pride and reflection, Baba Bolu Omo IFOKANBALE ONE WORLDWIDE, a prominent student activist and rising political voice in Kwara State, has officially completed his academic journey at Kwara State Polytechnic, successfully signing out of both his National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes in Public Administration.
Baba Bolu, known for his passionate advocacy for good governance and proper representation of the masses, used the occasion not only to celebrate his graduation but also to express profound gratitude to Almighty Allah for the strength, wisdom, and guidance that saw him through.
“Today marks the end of a chapter and the beginning of a new one. Signing out brings a mix of emotions — joy, relief, nostalgia, and hope. It’s been an amazing journey, and I give all praise to Almighty Allah,” he said.
Throughout his academic life at Kwara State Polytechnic, Baba Bolu distinguished himself not only as a committed student but also as a bold political voice who constantly challenged the government of the day to do better for the people. Even as a student, he stood firmly for justice and equity, advocating for the rights of his fellow students and the general populace. His activism and unwavering call for accountability earned him respect among peers and political stakeholders alike.

A diehard follower of Hon. Prince Saheed Popoola, popularly known as Ifokanbale One Worldwide, Baba Bolu reaffirmed his loyalty to the seasoned lawmaker, describing him as his first political father and mentor in Nigerian politics. He also appreciated the loyalists and leaders within the Ifokanbale Movement who stood by him during his studies.
“To my first political father in Nigerian politics, Hon. Prince Shaheed Popoola a.k.a. IFOKANBALE ONE WORLDWIDE, his loyalists, and all my political leaders — I sincerely appreciate your support and encouragement during this programme.”
He extended heartfelt thanks to his beloved mother and all family members — including the Ibitoye, Oyinloye, and Fakeye families — for their unwavering love, sacrifices, and support throughout his academic journey.
Special appreciation also went to his academic supervisor, Mr. Kola, for his time and effort in supervising his final year project, as well as to key political supporters who played vital roles in his academic success. Among them are Hon. Abdulganiyu Zubairu, Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun, Hon. Abdulazeez Yakubu, Hon. Abulrasheed Oluwafemi Yusuf, Hon. Olushola Oderundun, Mr. Muritala Waheed Niyi, Hon. To his classmates, close friends, and future wife — Sherifat Bosede Bakare (Arike Mi) — Baba Bolu extended appreciation for their love, companionship, and moral support.
“To my incoming future wife, my friends, and my classmates — thank you for the memories, teamwork, and even the healthy competition that pushed us to do better. May we all move on with pride, courage, and resilience.”
Baba Bolu also commended his trusted friends and comrades — Raufu Ayinde Gidado, Victor Iyanuoluwa Alex, Adeyemi Ezekiel Temitope, Ibiroke Mujidat Aina, and Halimat Oyindamola Ibrahim — for their advice and consistent motivation.
As he moves into a new phase of life, Baba Bolu pledged to remain steadfast in his pursuit of justice, truth, and better governance in Kwara State and beyond.
