Says, forthcoming election would determine whether Nigeria remains united or not

Renowned cleric and spiritual leader, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has issued a fresh revelation concerning Nigeria’s future, warning that the nation faces a “double tragedy” if urgent prayers are not offered for divine intervention.
Speaking during a prophetic session recently, the cleric; known for his accurate global and national prophecies; urged Nigerians to pray against the possibility of the country’s disintegration, saying the forthcoming election would determine whether Nigeria remains united or not.
“Let’s pray that Nigeria does not separate too. We cannot accommodate ourselves. This election will tell us if we are going to be together or not. If the new move wins, wahala. If it fails, wahala,” Primate Ayodele declared.
He described the nation’s current situation as delicate, noting that both possible outcomes of the coming election could spell crisis. “So, double tragedy is ahead of the country. We need prayers for our nation,” he added.
The cleric also took a swipe at Nigeria’s past and present leaders, including former Presidents Olusegun Obasanjo, Abdulsalami Abubakar, and Yakubu Gowon, accusing them of deceiving the populace and pursuing personal interests rather than national good.
“They can’t put Nigeria straight again. They are only deceiving Nigerians. Their interest is what they are fighting for, not the interest of the nation,” he said.
Primate Ayodele, however, called on believers and citizens to intensify prayers for peace and divine guidance, saying, “For the children of God, all we need is to continue to intensify our prayers and be praying to God.”
