The ceremony will feature the conferment of Bachelor of Arts (BA), Master of Arts (MA), and Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) degrees across various departments. The institution noted that the convocation reflects its ongoing mission to produce spiritually vibrant, academically grounded, and mission-minded Christian leaders equipped to serve both the Church and the broader society.

A key highlight of the day will be the presentation of Honorary Doctorate Degrees and Special Recognition Awards to distinguished individuals who have made outstanding contributions to ministry, community development, and the advancement of humanity. WATS said the awards are part of its tradition of honouring excellence and inspiring the next generation of leaders.

The Convocation Lecture will be delivered by Rt. Rev. Prof. Dapo Asaju, Chairman of the WATS Board of Trustees and a respected scholar of Christian theology. His lecture is expected to shed light on current challenges confronting the Church and theological education.

Founder Prof. Gary Maxey, Provost Dr. Olufemi Emmanuel, and other members of the management team will host guests and participants throughout the event.

The seminary encouraged the public to join in what it described as “a joyful celebration in the presence of God.”
